CBT Peer Support Group

BoB

Do you suffer from negative emotions such as anxiety, depression or anger?
Do you use drugs, alcohol or other substances excessively?
Do you wonder why you behave in self-destructive ways?
If so, would you like to do something about it?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a type of therapy that helps people identify, challenge and change unhelpful negative emotions and destructive behaviours. To do this we look at the underlying causes such as low self-worth and negative perceptions about other people and the world at large.

If you think CBT could help you, why not come along to our support group and make that first step in your road towards a more positive future.

Location: Acorn Hall, 1 East Row, London, W10 5AR (just off Kensal Road)

Time: Thursday, 6.30 – 8pm
